2025 EVENTS... COMING SOON

Terms & Conditions

Event Overview
We organize and host powerlifting and gym-based lifting events at various locations across the UK, including gyms and other venues. All participants are expected to adhere to the specific rules and guidelines of each event, which are detailed in our rule book. A copy of the rule book is available in the FAQ section of our website and must be reviewed prior to participation.

Eligibility and Participation

Participant Age Requirements: Participants of all ages are welcome, but those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must remain present throughout the event. The guardian will also need to co-sign any necessary forms, including waivers and registration documents.

Participant Responsibilities: All participants are required to ensure they are fit and healthy enough to compete in a powerlifting or fitness event. By registering, participants confirm that they have no medical conditions or injuries that would put them at risk during the event.

Registration and Fees

Registration: Participants must register for each event prior to the deadline stated on the event page. Registration is complete only when full payment has been received.

- Fees: Event registration fees vary and will be detailed in the event listing. Please check the specific event details for the most up-to-date information.

- Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided if we, as the event organizers, make significant changes to the event, such as changes to the event date or location. If such changes occur, participants will have the option to request a refund or transfer their registration to another event. No refunds will be issued for personal cancellations, no-shows, or if a participant is unable to attend for personal reasons.

Event Changes and Cancellations

- Organizer-Initiated Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to the event date, location, or format. Should any such changes be necessary, participants will be notified promptly, and refunds will be offered to those who cannot attend the revised event.

- Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation or significant disruption due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or venue issues), we will do our best to reschedule the event. Refunds may be issued depending on the circumstances but are not guaranteed.

Safety and Liability

- Participant Safety: The safety of participants is our highest priority. First aid will be available at all events, and participants are encouraged to report any injuries or issues to event staff immediately.

- Participant Liability: By registering, participants accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred during the event. Participants must sign a waiver acknowledging that powerlifting and fitness events are inherently risky and that the organizers, event staff, and venue owners are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.

- Code of Conduct: All participants, staff, and spectators must adhere to a code of conduct to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone. Any inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or failure to follow event rules may result in disqualification and removal from the event without refund.

Media and Promotional Material

- Photography and Videography: We will be capturing photographs and video footage at all events. By attending our events, participants and spectators consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and videos may be used for promotional materials, marketing purposes, and on our social media channels.

- Opt-Out: If any attendee or participant does not wish to be included in promotional material, they must inform event staff in writing prior to the start of the event. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the exclusion of individuals from wide-angle or crowd shots.

Spectators and Vendors

- Spectators: Spectators are welcome at our events, but some events may require tickets or have limited capacity due to venue restrictions. Please check individual event details for more information.

- Vendors: We occasionally work with vendors who may sell products or services at our events. These vendors are independent, and we are not responsible for their products or services.

Privacy and Data Collection

- Personal Information: We collect personal data (such as names and contact details) during the registration process for event management purposes. This information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

- Marketing Communications: By registering for our events, participants agree to receive marketing communications related to upcoming events, promotions, and offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Rule Book

All participants must familiarize themselves with the official event rules, which can be found in our FAQ section. These rules cover specific lifting techniques, event formats, and penalties for infractions. It is the participant’s responsibility to understand and follow these rules to avoid disqualification or penalties.
