REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales for LIFT Events are final. Once purchased, we do not offer refunds for personal cancellations, no-shows, or if a participant is unable to attend for any reason. Please make sure you are able to attend before completing your registration.

Refunds will only be considered if LIFT Events UK makes a significant change to the event, such as a change of date, venue, or any other major alteration that substantially affects the event experience. In these circumstances, participants will be contacted directly and may request either a full refund or a transfer of their registration to a future event.

In the rare event that a cancellation or disruption occurs due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, or venue issues — we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event. Refunds in these situations are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this Event Tickets Policy.
