By participating in or attending any LIFT Events activity, competition, or fitness event, you acknowledge that all forms of physical exercise and weightlifting carry inherent risks. You take part entirely at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that you are medically and physically fit to participate. LIFT Events, its organisers, and affiliates accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of your participation, except where required by law.
By attending, you consent to the use of event photography or video footage that may feature you for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media content, please inform us in writing before the event or speak to a member of staff on-site.
PRIVACY POLICY - THE BASICS

Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed, usually up to three years after your last event, or longer where legally required. We never sell your data and only share it with trusted service providers who help us run events or process payments.
